No. Metis doesn't require any brokerage account linking. You manually log your transactions, which means no credentials to share and full control over your data. We're working on automated imports for popular brokers.

What data sources does Metis use?
Metis uses Yahoo Finance for real-time stock prices, dividends, company fundamentals, and exchange rates. All data is fetched automatically so your portfolio stays up to date without any manual work.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Metis is hosted entirely in the EU on European infrastructure, and we are fully GDPR-compliant. We never sell your data or show ads. Your portfolio information is yours alone.

Can I use Metis to research stocks I don't own yet?
